…and we’re going to make this happen in both the UK and US.
These vital funds will be used to help our amazing education programme in schools. We hope to offer the scheme to up to 40,000 disadvantaged young people across the UK and US over the next three years but we can’t do it alone. Please help us to ensure theatre’s positive impact lasts long after the curtain falls.
We’re thrilled to announce that theatre works! has been selected by The Big Give and an additional donor to receive up to £3,500 in match funding through their Arts for Impact campaign - if we can raise the same amount from our supporters. Every donation made via this platform between 18th March (midday) and 25th March (midday) will be doubled, unlocking a total of £7,000. The donate button will appear on the page when the UK campaign kicks off midday 18th March.
For our supporters in the US, we have an equally exciting opportunity. Our new trustee Ann Morrison and her husband Don have generously pledged to match all US donations up to $3,500. This makes for a target of $7,000 that you can help us unlock. Every dollar you give will go twice as far. The US campaign also runs from 18th March - 25th March.
